some question for the pro's and veterans

Post by engr17 » Sat Aug 07, 2010 8:35 am

as far as i know only pinoy play this awesome game. if not, only few foreigners play this....So 1st question. .Why almost all threads are post in english?Cguro dahil it is hard to explain it in tagalog or so that foreigners would understand it. .Yang 2 lang ang naisip reason. . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2nd . THERE are a lot of strategies , tactics and positionin gs posted here. But how about the initial moves? Some surely knows this but i personaly dont know the initial move. I dnt know. . . . . . .Kindly answer this esp. The 2nd . Coz i want to learn. THANK YOU

I'm a veteran in a sense that I played this game since I was grade six (more than 15 years ago)...

Why english? why not... pero sa tingin ko kasi Jologs masyado kapag NoyPi gamit... atsaka in my opinion rin tayong mga pinoy... sometimes mahirap magexplain sa tagalog kapag written kasi mas mahaba isulat (tmad ba!)...

Anyway... medyo may pagkakaiba gameplay sa actual na laro (iyon bang me arbiter pa) kesa online... sa actual medyo dapat may pagka "PokerFace" ka at the same time marunong ka bumasa ng kilos ng kalaban di lang sa piyesa. At one major difference rin iyong time limit.
Which brings this question.... PAANO KAYA IAAPLY TIMER SA ACTUAL GAME (w/ arbiter)?

Sa moves, hindi tulad sa chess na may mathematics talaga (more pieces, more movements will give you advantage).
Dito para sa akin... tatlo pinapagana... strategy, memory, and luck.

Iba-iba first move... and kung palagi same strategy mo... talo ka na lalo kung same opponent.

Ultimately, you will learn what to move first by experience... sayang nga lang sa Kibitzers (Miron?) di mo pwede makita arrangement ng piyesa... parang wala rin kuwenta mag -Miron... Cguro sindaya para hindi makapandaya (the Third Spy.. kunbaga... COMSAT).

i also started playing 6 yrs ago..but cguro nakapaglaro palang ako nyan ng 20 to 30 times so i consider also newbie...beside ang mga kalaban ko ay mga newbie din kasi sabay sabay lang kameng magstart mglaro..

nung 4th year HS ako ngchampion ako sa school namen..pero cguro 10 lang kami nun..i play with my own i dont have strategy..basta sariling sikap lang..tapos last year lang..nung 3rd yr college ako..ng champ din ako sa school namen, a famous and large university sa Pampanga. kaso 5 lang ung sumali nun..tingin ko maraming marunung ng GG sa HAU< school namen> kaso bka di lang sila informed na may ganung tournament sa U-days name..

i really like this game..d xa ganun khirap gaya ng CHESS, i mean di sasakit ang ulo mo..

diba my positioning na pinapakita dito? my question is how about the moves?initial moves. tinutulak mu lang ba sila isa isa? i mean ime maintain mo ba ung position hanggang makapunta ka sa last color? tas mg iiba ka na lang pag my nakaen sayo? ..salamat..more power.

Are you referring to strategy?

Tapos alam mo kug\ng papano mnalo, flag reaches base, capture flag, win by time.

well, in my opinion dude,
